Flexible payments available - 75% non-refundable deposit of total invoice is due upfront to confirm booking. Once all materials are confirmed final balance is due within 7 calendar days of final invoice.
Terms and Conditions
Designs will be tailored to suit event type and color scheme. Pricing will vary based on event date, backdrop size, level of personalization, customization and location. Short notice event dates require payment in full at booking.
$100 non refundable design consultation fee required up front for all design consultations this will go towards your balance total. Subsequent design consultations are billed at $100/hr.
ANY backdrops with personalization customizations - names, photos, company logos or any branding require full payment up front to confirm booking.
All outstanding balances are due no later than 30 calendar days prior to event date to confirm backdrop delivery.
Cancellation Policy
**All deposits and payments are non-refundable**
All deposits cover initial expenses, such as material sourcing, design workup, and labor preparation; for this reason all sales are final absolutely no refunds or exchanges.
